| Hi,
My
name is Dr. Russell Stevenson, and I run and operate this
website. In doing so, I have tried to provide a fairly
complete source of exercises and workout routines that I
feel are essential for losing weight, gaining muscle mass,
and regaining health; and all for free.
For
as long as I remember, I have had a fascination with how
our bodies work, and it is that fascination which led me
to the medical field. As luck would have it, fitness was
my other passion, and to this day, I continue to read peer-reviewed
scientific research to see what truly works in
achieving a healthy lifestyle.
Because
I feel everyone deserves a chance at regaining their
health, I provide various effective exercises on this
website, free of charge. Due to frequent requests though,
I decided to compose a book that provides everything this
site does, and more, for a nominal charge.
I
know the internet is full of "lose fat
instantly" scams, and that is why I am not out to
make a hard sell. In fact, I
will start out by saying what this book does NOT offer:
1.
I
do not claim to know what you are going through. Everyone
is unique, and you should question any online source that
claims they can offer you a personal guide without ever
having met you in person. This book offers everything I
have found in my extensive review of research papers
regarding working out and proper diet. I cite all of my
sources when I make a claim. Far too many trainers
rely on "personal experience", which is nothing
more than false, hand-me-down knowledge that was proven
ineffective years ago!
2.
This book guarantees nothing, other than your money
back. At no point do I claim I can get you to lose
30-40 pounds in a matter of weeks. I provide the knowledge
and the know-how to get your body in shape for life. I
do not provide the will-power though. Although the
book outlines various strategies for making working out
part of your daily routine, unless you are dedicated to
changing your body and way of life, the knowledge I
provide is simply not enough on its own.
3.
I will not insult your intelligence with
"before" and "after" images of people
having lost weight. They may sell products, they might
even motivate you, but more often than not, they are false
and misleading.
So
what DOES this book offer?
Actually,
they are two books, and when you purchase them, you get
both an electronic and paper version of each. They
offer the following:
Book
1
-
over 100 exercises, including those on this website
and many more (each fully illustrated and described to
guide you along your workouts)
- 180 day log book to keep track of your progress
- numerous workout routines that show you which
exercises target which muscles, and how to most
effectively reach different goals (weight loss, muscle
gain, endurance, back strengthening, etc) by doing the
correct sequence of exercises
The
first book is pocket-sized and intended to be brought
along to the gym. The exercises and routines will be there
with you as you workout, and the log book makes it handy
for you to keep track of your progress and motivate
yourself.
Book
2
- fitness
tips and various myths that linger to this day
- review of various popular diets and what research has
found for each
- how to eat better, what to avoid and what to consume
more of
- reviews of various health products (creatine, protein
shakes, etc) and what scientific research has to say about
each
The
second book is larger than the first book, and intended
for home use. Exercise is only half of the equation
regarding health, with diet and proper nutrition being the
other half. While the first book helps you with the
exercise, the second book is intended to help you with the
nutritional aspect. I sway from using personal experience
to guide you, and allow the latest research guide the way.
Combined,
these books total over 250 pages and provide knowledge
that took me years to accumulate. If you have trouble
paying for products online, that is fine: the rest of the
site is free. For those that see their health as an
investment, and worthy of a small $40 charge, I encourage
you to purchase this book.
The
$40 US includes the cost of both ebooks (they will be in
PDF form) and the shipping costs required to send you the
paperback versions (I will ship to anywhere in the world).
I stand by my word, so if you are not pleased with the
product, please ship it back to me, and I will fully
refund your money, no hassle, no questions asked.
Finally,
I would not be much of a doctor if I did not recommend
that you consult your family physician before starting any
drastic change in exercise or diet.
If
you have any questions, feel free to contact me at admin@fullfitness.net.
Take care, and I wish you the best.
Note:
Following payment, please provide me one day to contact you
via email, and another day to get the shipment out. Shipping
usually takes a week, if within Canada/US. |
